This two-minute dip turns a simple apple into a snack that holds you over until dinner. Greek yogurt adds protein, peanut butter adds healthy fats, and the apple brings fiber and crunch.

A creamy, protein-rich dip made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect with crisp apple slices for an afternoon snack.
Ingredients

- Stir the yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener and cinnamon together until smooth.
- Slice the apples. To stop browning, toss them with a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve the dip with apple slices for dipping.
Notes
Variations: Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter. Add a spoonful of mini dark chocolate chips for a treat. Try it with pear slices, celery sticks or whole-grain crackers.
